You may submit a refund request at any time by using the link below. Please note, if you choose to cancel your plan, your service will stop immediately.
What happens if I take no action before June 30th?
If you have an active or future-dated plan that gets terminated before its end date, we will automatically issue you a refund for the unused portion of your plan at the time of termination (e.g if you have a 5 day plan that’s terminated after 3 days, you will be refunded for 2 days of service).
Please note, due to the high volume of transactions, refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process. We will send you an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.
