Roam Mobility supports phone number porting out, meaning that customers can transfer their Roam Mobility phone number to another carrier. At this time, porting a phone number in from another carrier is unsupported.
In order to port your Roam Mobility phone number out, you just need the PIN number you originally associated with your account. If you cannot remember or do not know your PIN number, please contact our Customer Care team and submit a ticket here. In your request, please include an account identifier such as your 19-digit SIM ID number or your Roam phone number.
Note: The carrier you are porting to may ask for an account number, but Roam Mobility does not assign account numbers. Your Roam Mobility phone number may be used in place of an account number.
