Roam Mobility supports phone number porting out so customers can transfer their Roam phone numbers to another carrier. At this time, porting a phone number in from another carrier is not supported.
Important note: Roam Mobility is shutting down operations on June 30, 2020. If you want to port your Roam phone number to another carrier, you must do so before June 30, 2020. Otherwise, your number will be permanently lost.
HOW DO I PORT MY PHONE NUMBER TO A DIFFERENT U.S. CARRIER?
To port your Roam Mobility phone number to another US Carrier, you’ll need the following:
- An active account with a compatible U.S. Carrier
If you do not have an account, please visit the website of your carrier of choice to set one up.
- Your account number
Please use your 10-digit Roam Mobility phone number without dashes as your account number.
Important: Do not include the number '1' at the beginning of your 10-digit phone number as this may cause your port request to fail.
- Your PIN number
This should be the last 4 digits of your 19-digit SIM number. You can find this information by logging into your Roam account and viewing your SIM’s details.
