Roam Mobility's network and service periodically undergoes scheduled maintenance, and these maintenance periods can affect top ups and new activations through the website. Please note these dates below, and if possible, avoid scheduling plans to begin within the maintenance windows.

- Saturday, September 9, 2017, 10:00 PM until, Sunday September 10, 2017, 6:00 AM Pacific Time
Listed dates and times are subject to change at the discretion of Roam Mobility's network providers. If these dates overlap with your scheduled plan, please confirm the actual timing of the outage closer to the listed time.
If your plan starts prior to a maintenance window, you will not be impacted during the maintenance window and will continue to be able to use service normally.
Any new top ups completed during the maintenance windows will start after maintenance is over. New activations will need to be submitted after maintenance has completed.
