Your iPhone or iPad must be running iOS 8 or later. To enable LTE on your iOS device:
- Go to Settings
- Go to Cellular
- Ensure that the Enable LTE switch is on
If the above steps do not work, you may want to try using the APN from our MMS settings:
- Insert the Roam SIM into your device
- Select Settings
- Select Cellular
- Select Cellular Data Network
- Under the Cellular Data section, change the APN to the word “wholesale” (leave Username and Password blank)
- Under the MMS section, change the APN to the word “wholesale” and enter http://wholesale.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc under MMSC
- Save the settings by going back to the last menu
- Restart your phone
