If you have scheduled plans to start one after another and your data connection drops in between plans, try restarting your device or put it in airplane mode for a few seconds to restart your device’s data connection.
For some plans i.e. talk&text&data, the data is prorated depending on the amount of days you have purchased and is provided upfront for the start of your plan. Please check your balance by texting the word 'balance' to 7850.
