For customers who purchase directly from our online store, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase (or the maximum as permitted within your province of residence) (“Return Period”).
To receive a refund of the purchase price of your Roam SIM Card (less any rebates and shipping costs), you must return it (with original packaging and all contents) within the Return Period in undamaged condition and good working order.
Your return is subject to a restocking fee. Refunds for your order will not be processed until we have verified your order was received by our warehouse.

For Roam SIM Cards purchased from an independent retailer, please return to the retailer for equipment return details. If you purchased your Roam SIM through a dealer, the dealer’s return policy may differ from our policies so please contact them directly for return policy information.
There will be no refund of service fees once the service is activated.
