Roam Mobility is proud to offer shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping to some countries outside the US and Canada are provided through third-party logistics partners.
All shipments are free of charge. We will process all shipments and send them to our global fulfillment warehouses within 2 business days of purchase. Please read the following sections carefully before placing your order.
Please note that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
It is solely the customer’s responsibility to place correct shipping address. Roam Mobility is not responsible for any undeliverable packages due to wrong address input. Roam Mobility will not process any returns or refunds due to an invalid shipping address.
Shipping within Canada
Shipments within Canada will be sent using Canada Post Lettermail. Your shipment should arrive within 2 to 8 business days after processing. Canada Post Lettermail does not include a tracking number.
Shipping to the USA
Shipments to the USA will be sent using USPS First-Class Mail. Your shipment will include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once our warehouse processes your order. Your shipment should arrive within 2 to 5 business days after processing.
Shipping to hotels in the USA
You may ship your Roam Mobility order to a local hotel within the USA. Please contact your hotel and confirm that they will receive the shipment on your behalf, before placing your order. In the event that a shipment is missed or refused for delivery, Roam Mobility will not process any returns or refunds.
International shipments are sent through third-party fulfillment services. Roam Mobility will relay your order details to the appropriate warehouse that is closest to your shipping address within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Please allow an additional 7-20 business days for shipping.
Please note shipping through international couriers varies and in all cases Roam Mobility tries to use guaranteed delivery services. However, in regions mentioned above, Roam Mobility will not guarantee available tracking number for your shipments.
When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is placed, our warehouse will process your shipment within 2 business days. After that, your package is picked up and delivered. This pick-up from our warehouse will trigger an email to you with a tracking number if this option is possible.
Shipping is not available for the following countries:
- All countries within South America
- All countries within Africa
- Certain countries in the Middle East.
Please contact our customer care reps to find out if Roam Mobility has shipping options available for your country. If no shipping option is available, consider shipping your order to your U.S. destination or hotel.
Duties and Taxes
Your order may be subject to local customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees – as a customer, it is your responsibility to evaluate these possible fees, as Roam Mobility bears no responsibilities for any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees placed upon your order, nor are we responsible for declared values via your order. Roam Mobility cannot/will not be held responsible or liable for any duty, fee, tax, brokerage fee or otherwise, and will not issue any refund, credit or re-ship any item due to such fees. In addition, please consider possible delays in package delivery to your destination due to Duties and Customs processing time.
Roam Mobility cannot guarantee on time delivery as we have no control over processing timeline for each destination’s Duties and Customs agency.
