For Talk+Text+Data Plans:
All of our Talk+Text+Data (Daily, Monthly, and Snowbird) plans include 4G LTE data. Once you have used up your allocated 4G LTE data, you will be throttled to 2G data. You will receive unlimited data at 2G speeds.
There is currently no way to add more 4G LTE data to a Talk+Text+Data plan. If you would like additional LTE data, you will need to purchase another Talk+Text+Data plan. If you purchase a Data Only plan during your Talk+Text+Data plan, the Talk+Text+Data plan will be overwritten.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you top up while there’s already an active plan on it, the new top up plan will overwrite the earlier plan and you will lose any remaining days and data left on that plan. The best time to top up is after your current plan has expired.
For Data Only Plans:
Our Data Only plans also include 4G LTE data, but these plans are not unlimited. If you have used up your allocated LTE data and still need more, you will need to purchase another Data-only plan.
Note: To check how much 4G LTE data is left on your plan, text the word "balance" to 7850 on your Roam device.
