If you want to modify or change your existing plan - i.e., if you purchased a Talk+Text plan and want to change it to Talk+Text+Data or Text+Data instead, please follow the instructions below:
If your plan has already started:
- Purchase the correct plan and schedule it to begin at any time.
- Submit a ticket to the Roam Helpdesk and request a refund to store credit for the original plan.
If your plan hasn't already started:
- Log into your Roam Mobility account and navigate to "My SIMs"
- Click "Details" beside the SIM with the upcoming plan you'd like to modify
- Click "Reschedule" next to the plan you want to reschedule
- Select a new start date and time at least 3 months from the current start date and time. This will guarantee that there is enough time for a Roam Support agent to cancel the incorrect plan.
- Purchase the correct plan and schedule it to begin at the start of your trip.
- Submit a ticket to the Roam Helpdesk and request a refund to store credit for the original plan.
Please note: If you schedule the new plan to start at the same time as the original, incorrect plan, we cannot guarantee which plan will activate on your SIM. In order to avoid this issue, we ask that you reschedule the old, incorrect plan to a different date and time. If a plan shows significant usage, we may not be able to issue any credits.
