No, at this time we cannot add data to plans or "upgrade" from Talk+Text to Talk+Text+Data.
If you have already purchased a Talk+Text plan and decide you want data, please follow the instructions below.
If your plan has already started:
- Purchase a new Talk+Text+Data plan and schedule it to begin at any time.
- Submit a ticket to the Roam Helpdesk and request a refund for the original plan.
If your plan hasn't already started:
- Log into your Roam Mobility account and navigate to "My SIMs"
- Click "Details" beside the SIM with the upcoming plan you'd like to modify
- Click "Reschedule" next to the plan you want to reschedule
- Select a new start date and time one day before the start date of your trip.
- Purchase a new Talk+Text+Data plan and schedule it to begin at the start of your trip.
- Submit a ticket to the Roam Helpdesk and request a refund for the original plan.
Please note: If you schedule the new plan to start at the same time as the original, incorrect plan, we cannot guarantee which plan will activate on your SIM. In order to avoid this issue, we ask that you reschedule the new plan on a different date and time.
The Roam Mobility Helpdesk will not process any refunds for service that has been used.
