If your plan is stuck on "pending" status past the time it was scheduled to activate, please first check the date, time, and time zone you scheduled for activation to ensure it wasn't mistakenly scheduled for the wrong time or time zone.
If it was scheduled correctly and hasn't activated, try rebooting your device and waiting a few minutes for it to activate.
If your plan does not activate within 15 minutes of the scheduled activation time and still says "pending", please contact us by submitting a ticket here. In your ticket, include an account identifier like your 19-digit SIM ID, Roam phone number, or Roam email address. Please categorize your ticket as a "SIM Activation Issue".
