To use your store credit, add a plan or SIM card to your cart and proceed through the checkout. Store credit will automatically be applied to your order total. At this time, we do not have an option to select or deselect store credit during a purchase, and the online store will automatically add any store credit to your order.
When store credit is applied to an order, you will be able to view the original total, the amount of store credit applied to your order, and the adjusted total before you checkout.
To view your store credit balance, navigate to My Account and click on the "Store Credit" tab.
Functionality to select and deselect use of store credit will be available in the near future.
